"Coupon was useless at checkout"
I tried using my coupon on landmarkonthenet.com, and the dumb thing just wouldn’t apply for some reason. No explanation, no helpful message, nothing. Whole checkout felt like a mess, so I just gave up and left the order. Annoying experience.

"Tracking basically left me guessing"
I placed my order and the tracking has been pretty much useless. It barely updates, so my brain just goes, “No update means nothing is happening,” even though maybe that’s not true. Support didn’t really clear anything up either, so I’m stuck making guesses about where my package is instead of actually knowing

"Showed Up Earlier Than Expected"
My order actually got here fast, a couple days earlier than I was expecting. The tracking was decent too, not perfect, but good enough to know where things were. Overall, I’m happy with how quick the shipping was and I’d use them again...

"Felt a little awkward when it arrived"
I was kind of embarrassed because I thought I had ordered the right thing based on the pictures, but what showed up didn’t really match them. The product info seemed off, so it wasn’t what I was expecting

"Really frustrating shipping experience"
I had been waiting on this all week and kept checking the tracking because I was trying to plan around when it would actually show up. The annoying part was that the tracking barely updated at all, so I never really knew if the package was moving, delayed, or just sitting somewhere. I get that delays happen, but not having clear updates makes it way more frustrating than it needs to be. After this experience, I don’t see myself using them again

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The packaging was okay, but not great. The box showed up a little dented, and the padding inside felt thin, so I was kind of surprised nothing was broken. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help much. Glad the item made it in one piece, but I’d definitely like to see stronger packaging next time.

"Couldn’t even find my invoice"
I just needed to download my invoice, and somehow the site made it way harder than it should be. I logged in fine, but there was no obvious download button anywhere. For something this basic to be such a hassle, what a joke...

"Pretty okay selection, though I wanted more"
I poked around the site for a while it was fine. They’ve got a decent mix of products, and I did manage to find a couple things I needed, so that was nice. It’s easy enough to browse, and for a casual look around, it does the job.
But also, I was kind of underwhelmed in some sections. Like, not in a dramatic way, it’s not awful or anything, but I expected more options. I’d say it’s useful if you’re not super picky, though I wouldn’t call it amazing either

"Decent app, but it still feels a bit rough"
I use Landmarkonthenet mostly on my phone, the app is okay but not something I’d call smooth yet. Sometimes pages load just fine, but other times it slows down or freezes for a few seconds, which gets annoying. I also had to try logging in twice one time before it worked. It handles the basic stuff, so it’s not bad, but it definitely feels like it needs a little more polish. Hopefully they clean up the bugs soon.

"Easy order, but the emails got annoying"
Ordering from the site was smooth, and everything went through without any real issues. But after buying just one thing, the marketing emails started coming in way too often, and it got old fast. I also didn’t find the unsubscribe option very clear, which made it more frustrating. Overall, the shopping part was fine, but I really wish they’d tone down the emails

"Found What I Needed, But It Could Be Smoother"
To be fair, I did end up finding what I was looking for, so the site gets the job done. It just feels a little outdated, and a few pages took more clicks than I expected. The search works okay, but it’s nothing special. Overall, it’s usable, just not the smoothest experience on my phone

Overall, it was a good experience, though a few things could’ve been a little easier to find. Setting up my account and updating my details was straightforward for the most part. I did spend a minute clicking around trying to locate a couple of settings, but it wasn’t a big issue. Support got back to me after a bit and helped clear things up, so I’d say it was mostly smooth.

"Only worth it if you barely use it"
At first I thought this was fine, maybe not amazing but good enough. Then it started feeling really cheap quickly, and it broke way sooner than I expected. I’m not furious or anything, but yeah, disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a couple of things from landmarkonthenet, and of course one of them didn’t fit right because apparently sizing likes to keep me guessing. The return instructions were actually clear, so that part was easy enough. I did have to wait a bit to hear back from support, which had me thinking, “Okay, are we doing this or what?” But once they received the item, the refund came through in about a week. Not a perfect experience, but fair enough. I’d probably shop there again.

"Decent shopping experience, but the reminders were too much"
I found a few things I liked, but some of the sizes I needed were already out of stock, which was kind of frustrating. The site itself was fine to use, but I really wish the inventory was updated more accurately. Also, the reminder emails and notifications felt way too aggressive after I browsed around, like, I get it, I looked at the item, no need to keep chasing me about it.
